Medieval day at Bauska Castle

On June 13, Bauska Castle invites you to Medieval day – an opportunity to experience the atmosphere of the historical era through demonstrations, performances, crafts and various activities for the whole family.

This year’s special event – ​​for the first time in Latvia, demonstrations of 17th-century Polish cavalrymen on horseback will be on display. The historical reconstruction equestrian group “Ducal Guard” from Poland will demonstrate riding skills, historical weaponry and cavalry skills.

Admission to the event on June 13 is free.

An entrance ticket is required to view the museum’s exhibitions.
