On 15 August at 7:00 PM, marking the 15th anniversary of the Pēteris Vasks Foundation, the traditional concert "Peteris Vasks Invites You. Summer. Mežotne." will feature violinist Magdalēna Geka, clarinetist Egīls Šēfers, cellist Kristaps Bergs, and pianist Iveta Cālīte.
The evening's programme will include the world premiere of a new work by Krists Auznieks, Fratres for violin and piano by Arvo Pärt, Episodi e canto perpetuo for piano trio by Pēteris Vasks, and Quartet for the End of Time for clarinet, violin, cello, and piano by Olivier Messiaen.
